My family and I have been coming to Hobee's since I was a child. The red, white and blue shakes, their scrambles, country potatoes their delicious coffee cake and their breakfast sandwich 2.0 is my absolute favorite!! Love that they also have plenty of vegetarian options for my sister and always a yummy menu for the kids. Aside from the food they have great service. Super sweet and attentive staff especially their general manager Melissa! She is an absolute sweetheart to all her customers and treats her staff with warmth and respect. They get pretty busy on the weekends but Melissa and her team handle everything with grace and a smile. Can't thank you all enough for treating your customers like family highly recommend Hobee's in Sunnyvale!!
I've been a Hobee's fan since I was a kid. Friendly service, great breakfast entrees, and the best coffeecake! I'm so obsessed with it, I requested a tray for my wedding shower. Be sure to try their seasonal coffeecake flavors too. So yummy!
Excellent breakfast but the service was a bit slow. Maybe because it was just me and the servers tend to overlook single diners. Anyways, the lemon ricotta and blueberries pancakes were so yummy. I also ordered their cinnamon apple tea which is amazing. So happy to have had a chance to have breakfast here. Highly recommend it.
Ordered delivery and this restaurant hit the spot I ordered the avo toast the night before and the food came around 9 am the day of The food was good, the only bone I have to pick is that I would have rather ordered the egg sunny side up
GET THE COFFEE CAKE! Yes I'm yelling. I've never had anything like it and it was so moist. They also have seasonal flavors, but I opted in for the OG blueberry. Most entrées you get to choose from potatoes, toast, or coffee cake. The server was nice enough to let me try the potatoes and cake since it was my first time visiting. I will be back for the cake alone. Plenty of tables to sit, but I can see how there could be a longer wait on the weekends. Service was fast and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Coffee and water was constantly being refilled from several different servers. The portion sizes are large. Parking also located behind the building!
My friend and I went here for breakfast. It was busy, but we were seated upon arrival. Food: My friend got the standard american breakfast. I got the chilaquiles. The food was very good. Of course, we got the classic coffee cake with our order. It was very good coffee cake. The portion was very generous. Though, my friend wasn't as much of a fan of the coffee cake as I was. Service: Our servers were friendly and quick. The service was prompt. They were a well oiled machine on this Saturday morning. TL;DR - Classic diner feel with good coffee cake
This is one of my favorite breakfast places in Sunnyvale. I grew up coming here and I've loved seeing how the menu and specials are continually changing. There's some classics that have been around forever that are always delicious, and some newer items too that I'm eager to try! I had a strawberry matcha latte and the sweet potato hash with coffee cake. The hash was SO GOOD! I don't know why I've never ordered it before. A delightful mix of veggies with poached eggs on top. Delish!! I'll have to add it into my rotation of menu items. My mom got the el ranchero breakfast bowl which she said was really good, has a nice mix of flavors. The strawberry matcha latte was good but I wish it had a bit stronger matcha flavor. We came right when they opened at 8 and were seated right away. The staff here is always so friendly. I look forward to every meal at Hobee's! The restaurant wasn't too busy, and even when we left it was still not too loud or anything. Can't wait to go back!

We were blessed to have a homey We had a wonderful time eating breakfast before u went into labor and delivery. Our server was super kind and brought us a complimentary bread. My hubby shared a huge portion of the south of the border omelette! It was delicious
